Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, we aim to process it for delivery within 1 working day, please see our delivery page to find out costs and delivery time frames based on your location.

We will arrange for your order to be delivered to the address you indicate at checkout using the delivery method that you select. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

 

RETURNED ORDERS

Please note that if delivery is attempted and you miss it and the order is returned to our warehouse, there will be an additional delivery charge to resend your order. Alternatively, a refund for the items will be offered minus the cost of the shipping.

**Please note, any duty fees that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.
