At R&R Skincare, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@randrskincare.co with details and photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange, this must take place before your order has shipped. We do not offer exchanges once an item has been shipped.
Products purchased through R&R Skincare Retail Partners
For enquires about your order made via an R&R Skincare retail partner, please contact the store/ platform that you purchased from directly. We are unable to track or assist with any orders placed on a partners’ platform.
